SUMMARY:London Banking Tour 2022
DESCRIPTION:When: October 12th – 15th \nApplication deadline: October 2nd \nPrice: SEK 750 (includes accommodation and alumni dinner). Please note that you have to pay for your own plane tickets. \n  \nThe London Banking Tour is LINC’s oldest event. For almost 30 years\, we’ve been arranging trips to Europe’s financial capital\, London\, to meet bulge bracket banks at their facilities and get a unique insight into the banking world. Although the event is held annually\, it was canceled for the last two years\, making this year’s event even more special. \n  \nThis year’s participating firms are: \nBank of America\, FactSet\, Fidelity Investments\, Jefferies\, and PJT Partners\, with more to be announced. \n  \nA typical visit includes a short company presentation\, a tour of the office\, hints and tips about the industry\, the application process\, and meeting representatives across different divisions (Investment Banking\, Research\, and Sales & Trading)\, followed by a Q&A session. \n  \nTo submit your application for the LBT 2022\, please follow the application guidelines\, as an application not in line with the guidelines will not be assessed. \n  \nSee guidelines: LBT 2022 Application Criteria.docx \nSubmit your application through: https://forms.gle/DBP6Z1UkhBtFCC6z9 \n  \nIn total\, approximately 20-25 students will be offered a spot on the tour. We strongly urge all students to apply regardless of their discipline and level of study. To participate in the LBT 2022\, a LINC membership is required. \n  \nAll participating students will be staying at the same pre-booked residence. We will also arrange an Alumni-dinner on Friday 14th\, where you will have an opportunity to meet LINC alumni currently working in London. Please note that all participants will be responsible for their own flight bookings\, in line with the banking tour’s schedule. \n  \nAll accepted applicants will be contacted by email on October 3rd or before\, and students selected for LBT are required to be present in the LINC finance lab\, located in EC1 at LUSEM\, on October 4th between 14:00-16:00 to have their photos taken for the CV booklet.
