Annual General Meeting 2021

The time has come for the Annual General Meeting of LINC 2021/2022.
When: Saturday the 20th of March, 2021, 10:00-14:00.

As a member of our society, you have the opportunity to affect the coming fiscal year by attending the annual meeting. All registered LINC members are invited to participate, and each member has one (1) vote for every voting opportunity.
Please note that members who want to attend the AGM must register themselves no later than the 13th of March in order to hold voting rights. Register by following the link below.

We strongly encourage all our members to attend the general meeting as several essential decisions will be made that affect LINC’s coming fiscal year. Since LINC exists solely for our members’ benefit, we put great emphasis on ensuring that our members’ opinions are heard. This year, the Executive Board and nominees will attend in-person while other members, unfortunately, will have to participate virtually.
During the annual meeting, the next Executive Board of LINC will be elected, and all participating members are given the opportunity to present their own ideas on how to improve LINC as an organization. The current Executive Board will also go through the annual report of 2020/2021 and offer insight into the activities accomplished throughout the year and our society’s vision as we advance.

Please note that motions from members must reach the board no later than the 13th of March. The annual report, agenda and motions of the Executive Board will be made available to LINC’s members one (1) week before the AGM at the latest.
Rival candidates for the Executive Board must announce themselves by sending an email to president@linclund.com no later than three (3) days after the Election Committee has announced its candidates on the 16th of March.
