On May 12th at 16:00, we are joined by the Citi Nordic Investment Banking Team for a virtual SPAC Case Study.
The event will start with a short presentation introducing SPACs to understand the dynamic, and students will then work in groups, each acting as SPAC sponsor. The groups need to select a target for their business combination and present their Indication of Interest analysis to the shareholders of the target company.
