Starting Wednesday, March 16th, LINC will host a workshop series introducing Excel. The series will teach you basic commands, formulas and tricks that will increase your productivity in Excel. This series will also focus on developing skills that could be applied when working within the financial industry. No previous knowledge is required.
In almost all finance areas, you need knowledge and experience in how to construct models using spreadsheets. Budgeting, financial projections and valuation models are examples of practical tasks you can expect to perform as an employee at a financial institution
