Every applicant must submit a CV according to the LINC guidelines, a short motivation, and a professional photograph in black and white above the shoulder. Your CV and photo will be shared to the firms prior to the event for them to screen for interesting candidates.
All accepted applicants will be notified by mail on Monday, September 27th. We provide the opportunity to take the professional photograph at the LINC lab on Tuesday, September 28th between 14.00 and 16.00, where you can also pick up your goodie bag. If you cannot attend the photo session you must provide your own photograph following the guidelines bellow.
All participants are required to attend a short information pre-event on Tuesday, October 5th at 16.00 through Microsoft Teams.

– One page in English
– Include your current, obtained or expected grade point average (GPA). You can use a GPA conversion website to calculate this
– No picture
– File name: Surname.Firstname.CV (example: Karlsson.Karla.CV.pdf)
2. Picture for CV Booklet
LINC-STEM will send a booklet with participant CVs and pictures to participating firms.
On Tuesday, 28th of September pictures will be taken at the LINC lab between 14.00-16.00.
If you are not available on that date to have your picture taken, attach a picture when you apply.
Make sure to fulfill the following criteria to the greatest possible extent:
– Black and white picture
– Formal attire
– Proper lightning
– Cropped slightly below shoulder height
